He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yarmouk University and is licensed as an intermediary and investment consultant by the Jordan Securities and Exchange Commission. Asked about the company’s history, Mr. Azar said, “The company’s assets belong to a private banking division established in 1998 within a sister institution based in Beirut, Lebanon, Credit Financier. After several years of success, the first company was established under the name Credit Financier Invest in 2005, after the banking side was separated from the trading side. Since then, the company has served thousands of customers, executed millions of deals, and today owns many companies around the world including London, Dubai, Larnaca, Beirut, Amman and others.
