JD 1.2 Million, the Half Profits of the Commercial Facilities Company, 2021

Commercial Facilities Company announced that it achieved
an expected net profit after tax of JD 1.2 million for the
fiscal period ending June 30, 2021, compared to profits of
JD 1.1 million for the same period 2020.
The company stated to the Securities and Exchange
Commission that total revenues for the first half of 2021
amounted to JD 4.2 million, compared to 2020, which
amounted to JD 3.8 million.
Expenses rose until June 2021 to reach JD 2.4 million,
compared to JD 2.1 million for the same period in 2020
The basic share of the profit for the first half of 2021 is
(0.074) fils / dinar, while it was (0.069) fils / dinar for the first
half of 2020.
Commenting on the results, the company’s chairman, Mr.
Jamal Fareez, said that the company achieved satisfactory
results in the first half of this year. The company focused
its work during the year 2020 on different sectors, the most
important of which are medium and small projects, to meet
the needs of the market in this vital sector.
