Is this on a network location, or your local machine? If it’s on a network drive, try downloading the SP directly to your machine and run from there. I believe it wants to install from the same drive that Revit is installed on. So for most this is the C: drive. Revit Architecture Forum. I was running the sp from the c drive to begin with. If you are not the intended recipient please let us know by email reply and delete it from the system.
